Mission Statement

The US Lacrosse Greater Los Angeles Chapter Youth Development Program was adopted in September 2010 to introduce the sport of lacrosse at the elementary and middle school level to all Physical Education Programs in the Greater LA area.  Our goal is to bring "hope" to youth through sport.  Lacrosse is an exciting and fast-pace game that provides youth aged children with a unique opportunity to build exceptional character while developing athletic ability.  Lacrosse teaches the values of determination, confidence, and courage.

It is our wish for youth to not only know how to play and win the game but to also learn important leadership skills that will help them positively contribute to their community.  The US Lacrosse
Greater LA Chapter Youth Development Program was inspired by an anonymous donor and would not be possible without their continued support, insightful vision, and great generosity.
